Iowa Land Auction Prices, November 18-24

It was a short auction week due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Sioux County gets top honors with $23,700/acre and $17,000/acre sales. Honorable mention goes to Chickasaw County with a $16,500/acre sale. I’m seeing some strong prices with a few “light” sales sprinkled in.
